Simply + powerful helpdesk system

I tried this plug-in and I am glad that it provides various features which are mandatory for better customer assistance because my customers are my business.
I can integrate it with my social media and it generates tickets from there :D. I can create custom forms in it and can add anywhere on my website. Workflows are just awesome and much more, I don’t want to ruin surprises, try urself plus it free for 4 agents ??
