Simply Does Not Work

  • This plugin is buggy and does not work. I installed the plugin…ran a backup…all seemed fine at first. Then I visited my site and it displayed improperly. The CSS was not being applied. Tried logging into the admin panel…I got a 500 server error. Had to FTP into my site and disable the plugin manually. It completely crashed my site. After the disable my site was back to normal. It’s my fault I overlooked the obvious…they boast over 4 million downloads but only 500K active installs. With a customer satisfaction rating of 12.5%…I get it now. I hate leaving bad reviews but it has problems as it crashed my site.

  • Hi @tonyellis, I’m sorry for your negative experience. However, why did you not ask in the support forum before leaving this negative review?

    It sounds like either a compatibility issue with another plugin, but we wouldn’t be able to tell without further investigation. We’re always happy to help if you decide to give it another try.
