    A friend told me about SupportCandy and how useful he found it. I installed WP onto a NAS and then started to figure things out (I have never used WP before).

    I installed SupportCandy and it worked pretty good for getting a feel for it. I then purchased additional plugins (very reasonable cost!!), installed them and they were pretty easy to figure out and configure.

    Then I wanted to get fancy and really setup this system to do automation and quickly got lost since I am not familiar with WP or SC. Instead of searching around on the internet, I contacted SupportCandy, posed my questions and shortly after recieved a response. In the course of a few days I had many questions and they were all answered promptly.

    This is a great system out of the box, but with the plugins it really becomes a nice system.

    Oh bonus! If you create custom fields to capture more data, SupportCandy configures the Ticket appearence automatically, no programming knowledge needed. I love this system and the support!
