simplr registration form plus

  • Hi I have activated this and have added the code to the members page.
    I have visited the site but cannot work out what is going wrong.

    When I click on the Members page in the top menu it takes me to a blank page. I have tried adding [Register] to the beginning of the code and I have tried adding short code, but still not working.

    Can anyone help me please. It seems to be a good registration form
    I am using localhost
