Simplifying WP Retina 2x by removing options

    Hi,

    I consider removing the following options/features:
    – HTML Rewrite method (sad! it used to be the first method)
    – Retina Images method
    – Disable Responsive
    – Keep IMG SRC
    – Custom CDN Domain

    I would love to remove Retina.js, but I am sure many are using that one. PictureFill is a much better alternative though.

    Is this ok with everyone? I will add a little warning in the plugin for those using those options, of course. Please tell me also here if you are using those options.
