Simplify Order Meta

Using plugin for custom stock status is great. I notice though the per order Meta generated by the plugin is complex/unique to the individual order.
Meta Name generated: _woo_custom_stock_status_email_txt
Meta Value generated on each order:
a:2:{s:5:”class”;s:75:”available-on-backorder available_on_backorder_color woo-custom-stock-status”;s:6:”status”;s:28:”Sold Out – Join Waiting List”;}

WC already generates in this situation
Meta Name: Backordered
Meta Value: 1 (for single qty item)

Is there a way to simplify/standardize the meta generated by the plugin or suppress it from the individual order?
