SimpleBanner doesn’t seem to play nice with another plugin I have called Download Monitor. When I try to insert a block called “Download Button”, it’s supposed to show the title of the downloadable file and a count of how many people have downloaded it in the past. Before I installed SimpleBanner it always worked. Now, instead of the title/count, it shows my SimpleBanner text! It’s very weird. I had to work around it and create my own button from scratch. But I want to use the download button block because I want it to show the number of downloads. Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @thedetoureffect

That is unusual. This plugin creates its own element on page load for the banner, so I’m not exactly sure why your download button would be getting the banner text. I would suggest reaching out to the Download Monitor support team to see if they have any ideas. I’ll keep this ticket open until the issue is resolved.
