I need more information if you have it. The full error and what version you’re using please.

My version is 1.4.19. on WP 3.5.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in /www/grupa484/poslovi/docroot/wp-content/plugins/postie/simple_html_dom.php on line 1235
in 1.4.18 with Preferred Text Type: plain it was working but with html I was received error above.

Now I have error all the time
