Simple, well built, and great support from the developer!

I had only a minor issue – I was curious about how new tickets were being assigned – and the support team directed me to the exact solution in the FAQ.

This plugin does the job and looks good right from the start, without any styling tweaks necessary.

I also really appreciate how the styles/scripts don’t get loaded onto every page of my site, but only when needed.
