• This plugin allows you to create global variables for your wordpress installation.

    Nice UI that shows you both the shortcode and php template tag to output the variable.

    It uses WP get_option() and set_option() but saves everything in one serialized field, so if you store a lot of information it might provide some overhead.

    Since version 1.2, COPPI now uses its own database table, so the performance issue above has been fixed.
