• This is a significant improvment over WPMUDEV’s original membership program. I like how the plugin provides an wizard with step by step instructions for setting up membership.

The part about changing the wp-config.php file needs to be mentioned at the top of the instructions so that people don’t make the mistake of setting up memberships before getting to that part in the instructions – even so if you’ve made that mistake, you can simply make the code modifiacation, delete any memberships you created beforehand and recreate them with a slightly different name. It would also help to tell us to put the line of code into line 162 or some such, just to help newbies who are leary of code to have some assurance when modifying it.

Next up, I hope to see WMPUDEV add some more robust social sharing components to the M2 membership plugin.

    Hey there y3kgeek,

Thank you for taking time to write a review, we really appreciate your feedback ??

Are you referring to making content protection rules network-wide when you say the part about changing the wp-config.php?

If that is the case this is mentioned before the part where you can find instructions on how to create memberships so this is added into “Step One” in our documentation. In case you’re referring to something else please let me know.

Also thanks for the suggestion related to social sharing I’ll definitely pass this on to our developers.

    Have a great weekend!

    Cheers,
    Bojan
