Simple Social Buttons More Buttons?

  • Right now this plugin only allows for 3 buttons, Twitter, FaceBook, and Google Plus. Is it known if there are plans to add a few other, maybe less social, but still sharing, buttons? e.g. Email, Digg, StumbleUpon.

  • I’ll think about it. The aim of this plugin is simplicity, that’s way there are only 3 buttons.

    If you have 5,6,7 buttons – nobody will ever click on them.

    Makes sense I guess. Maybe 5 would be a good limit. You could still choose to only use as many as you want.

    One other problem though. I have the plugin set to use the 3 buttons but the Facebook button does not display in Firefox. If you look at the source of the page the code is there, but the button does not show. IT shows up in IE.

    Try new 1.5.4 version. There is a facebook fix.
