Simple Sidebar widget to collect email

Hello everyone,

i have only recently begin using wordpress but have a fairly good grasp of it. I am trying to find a simple form widget that will basically have a field to “subscribe for newsletter”etc. and a submit button that will just add to a log of emails stored in a table. It doesnt have to be able to export as long as i can copy it from wordpress. I dont need it to send out automatic emails. Just basic add your email to receive our newsletter and we will manually send out the emails.
