Simple Shopping Cart – database files

  • Where can query my shopping cart items to get an item description from my sales history when the transaction instructions register med on my PayPal account and a successful paid transaction, but it does not appear at all in my “cart orders” history page of the plugin. This has happened several times and I have to resort to embarrassingly asking my customer “what did you order? This is because the description is too long for the PayPal description and gets truncated at the critical item description portion of the description. Is there any way that I can check to see if the full description is in the database? Where is the database (path) and what is the name of this database and how would I get the credentials to log in to view the data?

    Please check the following documentation how-to-setup-paypal-ipn-notification, to verify that you have set up your PayPal IPN correctly.

    This is not a new setup (mbrsolution), so it work 95% of the time. I do about 10 transactions per week… and this issue only happens.. maybe once in 50 transactions. So it’s very intermittant. Does anyone know where these databases are stored, so I can take a look to see if it’s there?

    Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your sire? Or does your server run any cache system?
