Simple Review Plugin

I have searched for a while and cannot seem to find the proper plugin. I am looking for a review plugin, but not one to make the entire website into a review website. I simply want a plugin that i can have a page of reviews all related to the same topic (the website). The website is going to be for a restaurant and the restaurant owner would like users to be able to submit ratings on his website, and the website is running in wordpress.
