Simple Ratings System

New to this, have been researching for about a day, and can’t seem to come up with a solution that facilitates:

1. User comments on modules such as products, hotels, recipes, with a simple five star rating system.
2. Aggregate and display those ratings.
3. Allows ratings to be filtered so you can for example view only the 1-stars.
4. NO requirement for their to be an “Author” who also rates the product.
5. NO requirement to rate the user, the post, or the article.

In essence, there’s a description of the product and then comments, all with stars, right beneath it.
