Simple question about howto schema

    Hello, I have a simple question about the schema how to.

    I know that it is possible to add the howto schema through the block editor, and I also know that it is possible to add the howto schema through the schemas option in the menu on the right, this being functional through a shortcode that must be placed in the editor.

    If I use the howto schema through the block editor, do I still need to define a howto schema in the menu on the right? I did the google test, and it gave duplicate information, so I assume that if I use the block howto, I don’t need to add the howto from the menu on the right, right? Can you confirm this for me?

    Another question, I use the article schema as the default for all my posts, which means that if I put the howto block in a publication, Google will see that there are two schemas, the article and the how to. Should I remove the schema article and just leave howto, or can I keep it?

    If you use the block to add the HowTo Schema you don’t need to add it to the page using the Advanced Schema Generator. The data will be added automatically using the data from the block.
    ?
    As for the usage of both Article and HowTo Schema, you can use both on the page if the content is relevant for both types. For example, if you are writing an article about a product and want to also explain how to perform a particular action using the HowTo Schema.
