Simple Products are only sync and hide

    Hi,

    I used Woocommerce since 2019 but I started to try to sell on facebook since 2022 using Woocommerce for facebook.

    All my products are simple and in stock, all my categories are linked to a FB set. But, after the sync, i can find my 25 products archived in the FB Store. I can only chose “Sync an hide” or “not sync”

    I’m running on PHP8.0, Woocommerce 6.3.0 and facebook for woocommercer 2.6.12.

    Thank you for getting in touch!

    Could you please let us know if your products are Virtual?

    Currently, Facebook Commerce policies only allow the sale of physical products. This means that virtual products will normally be hidden to avoid rejection by Facebook.

    This limitation is described here

    If this isn’t the case with your products, please let us know!

    Yes, it’s mostly videos so they are all virtuals… Thank you for your answer.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    As my colleague explained earlier. Virtual products are not allowed as part of Facebook’s e-commerce policy, and therefore can’t be shown on your Facebook shop.

    As such, you will notice that any virtual products your store has won’t be synced to Facebook.
