    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Yes, you could add PDF button via the TablePress DataTables Buttons Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-buttons/

    Hi Tobias,

I purchased the buttons extension. Thank you for the recommendation.

I am only using the PDF and Print functions, but the buttons do not show for me.

I used the shortcode as specified: [table id=1 datatables_buttons=”pdf,print” /]

    Thank you.

    Hi,

could you please check if the “Use DataTables” checkbox is active on the table’s “Edit” screen? (The checkboxes for the individual features can be turned off, if they are not needed.)

    Hi Ann,

If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please get in touch via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

an update: We found that the “Table Head” checkbox was not checked. We simply added a new/empty head row, that is hidden from the visitors with CSS code, and now everything is working ??

    Regards,
    Tobias
