Simple Portfolio plug in

I am using the Simple Portfolio plug in and can not get the field Information and Media to not show up.
I can add and remove fields, but can’t get it to stop showing up on my portfolio pages. Where can I change this without messing the whole thing up?
I know it says `

What file do I change?

Another question:
Anyone know how to add spaces between the media images in the gallery it provides? I tried adding blank text etc ibetween, but made no difference.
