simple-popup-plugin – Add php to url

Hi,
I have installed simple-popup-plugin and I need to pass some information via the url.
This is what I need being passed:
$image->alttext
I’ve tried several things but I cannot pass the details…
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[popup url=”https://domain.com/enquire.php?prod_id=$image->alttext”%5DEnquire%5B/popup%5D’); ?>
Any ideas?
