Simple photo contest

  • I hope its ok to post this here as I couldn’t find any other places to ask for suggestions….

    Ive been trying to find a simple photo contest plugin. Something that would record user info on submission and add the photo to a admin approval queue – then to a gallery where other visitors can rate it 1 to 5 and it would record and aggregate the ratings over time (Say a month) and at the end of the month I could declare a winner and award a gift card.

    I appreciate that many of the social interactions plugins want to make money from the downloaders but I cannot pay $30 bucks a month for something that may or may not get a doos response… Also I would kind of like to keep my own data local as plugins tend to go by the wayside after a year or 2….

    Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for a plugin to try?

    I still haven’t found the plugin I was looking for – Might have to try a paid one for a month (Any suggestions). Also – Is there a recommended forum area for folks to use to ask for suggestions or ideas for plugins and solutions?
