Simple Payment Form

I’m not sure why this simple form will not work in WordPress; Site

From everything I’ve read, where the original code was:
” form name=’frm1′ method=’post’ action=’/customer_support/pay_my_bill.php’ ” needed to be changed to ” form name=’frm1′ method=’post’ action=’ ‘ ” (code within the brackets, of course) so that the form would post within the current page.

I know this has a simple solution, I just don’t know how to correct the code. Thanks.
