Simple Paid Listing Edit Job on Pending Payment

On simple paid listings if a user adds a job and goes through to pay but doesn’t actually pay their jobs dashboard then shows status pending payment with a text link to pay.

Once they click on this pay text link they see the job preview again and can either click to pay or edit listing. If they were to edit listing then submit again the changes don’t seem to reflect on the next preview screen prior to going through to payment. Could you advise on this please?
