Simple one page Jpeg website

I have a (hopefully) very simple question.

I want to create a very simple website to act as a ‘business card’ online. I have designed this in Photoshop and saved it as a Jpeg image. The website will be just this one image, no links, no other pages, no ‘Home’, ‘About’, or anything like that, literally just this Jpeg on the internet.

This seems difficult to do though…can anyone help?
