Simple non-admin editable text plugin?

  • I need to allow my customer to change a small block of text (a section for announcements). I don’t want him to have to log onto the WordPress control panel, I just want him to click on a hidden link or navigate to a hidden page and then enter a password. The login link must not be obvious to the viewer.

    Does a plugin like this exist?
