Simple mod of standard 2022

    How do I modify the standard 2022 look so as to reduce the enormous vertical gaps around navigation menu and logo.
    I have googled and read and googled and read and I still cannot find this basic info.

    Found it!

    Click on Header
    Click on Header AGAIN!
    Then the padding setting and others show up in the right hand sidebar.
