Simple List By State??

    I need to show a list of sales reps ordered by state then last name. Details should simply show the rep first last name, region, phone (clickable), and email (clickable). There should also be a drop down box with all states AND have a separate list for reps in another country

    This seems very easy, but I can’t find a plugin to do this.

    Ideas??
