Simple, lightweight, works!

Great plugin that is easy to setup, lightweight, and just works out of the box. What more can you ask for? Although not feature rich, if you want a plugin to ensure you have Admin Dashboard access to submitted form entries, this is it. Not only that but once your forms are captured to the DB, you can use API plugins or scripts to POST the captured form data to, for example, a CRM or spreadsheet which can then be used by other divisions of your organisation. All in all, it does exactly what it says it does. Thank you for keeping it super simple (K.I.S.S.).
