• The plugin usually works on the computer, BUT, on Mobile no. I did some testing and found that this problem only appeared after I used the “Minify” function of W3 Total Cache. But what I found strange is that everything works normal in the computer and on the smartphone no. I put all 7 necessary scripts and everything should work properly. Any Ideas?

Hi, please provide a link to a page that exhibits the issue you are experiencing and I would be glad to take a closer look. Also, please provide a screenshot of the minify settings and I will take a look to see if anything is awry.

    Thanks.

Hi, it looks like a JavaScript error is being triggered when viewed by a mobile browser. Such an error can prevent other JavaScript code (including SLB) from running on the page, which is why the lightbox is not being displayed on mobile browsers.

Resolving the JS error will allow SLB (and other JS code on the page) to function properly.

As best as I can tell, the error appears to be related to Google maps. You can use this guide to identify the plugin/theme causing the issue. Once you have identified the problematic theme/plugin, you can disable it and contact the developer to have it fixed.

Also, as you are using a caching plugin and Cloudflare, these may also be playing a role in the issue. Disabling them during temporarily will help to ensure that you are not loading cached data during testing. Once the problematic code is identified, you can re-enable the caching/CDN plugins and determine whether any configuration changes need to be made (as they can affect how scripts are loaded).

How can I make the plugin run async? I did the test and the plugin usually works if is not included in javascript that the W3 Total Cache creates. I believe that using the function async I can make it all work normally without get Render Blocking Script. Can you help me with that?
