    Several old versions of jQuery are being loaded on your site either by other plugins or by the theme itself.

    Simple Lightbox requires the version of jQuery officially supported (and included) by WordPress itself.

    Removing the outdated versions of jQuery should resolve your issue and allow SLB to function properly.
