Simple leaderboard plugin

Hi – I’m looking to add a leaderboard to a few pages on my site. I have some games built and I want to show a leaderboard of the top scores below.

The leaderboard would be:

Username | Best Score

Simple as that.. And would just show the top 10 or so user points for any given game. So – it needs to accommodate different games as well.

Is there a plugin that does this or could you modify/use wordpress to achieve this functionality?
