Simple LDAP Login could not authenticate your credentials

    After the ‘Active Directory Integration’ plugin gave me intermittent failed logins, I thought I’d give this one a try. However, I can’t log in at all with my LDAP account. I always get:
    Simple LDAP Login: Simple LDAP Login could not authenticate your credentials.

    I’m using the same settings that worked in ADI.
