Simple-Job-Board Company Logo Placeholder ghosting on load

When I go to the job posting page, before the postings load, a very large placeholder for the company logo flashes across the page and then disappears. The posts then load correctly. However, it isn’t a good user experience to see that image before loading. How can I eliminate it? I have the logo and company information option turned off.
