simple image upload interface

  • I’d like to install a simple image plug in that would enable registered users (with permissions) to upload images in batches of 10, no more than 250 pixels high.

    The results would either produce code to cut and paste into a wp entry or would automatically open in a post ready for editing.

    Is this possible? Is there something similar out there?

    I don’t really want anything too fancy, just a simple limited image uploader.

  • Check out the PhotoPress Plug-in at https://www.Familypress.net
    You can modify the upload file size limit through options, and it allows you to specify different categories for photos which sorts them into different photo albums on the site.

    I’m more after something that lets me limit the image dimensions rather than the file size.

    it lets you limit image dimensions. if they upload a large one, it will resize it to your limit. and it can keep the original on the server if you like, or delete it.
