Simple hooks making site go back a page?

When I go to the homepage everything seems okay. Then when I click on an individual post it loads the page and then immediately goes back…like I clicked the back button. It is only happening on my site and only with firefox. I tried it on 2 computers and it happens on both. I thought at first it was Firefox so I reinstalled/reset/ no addons all that… but it only does it my website so that makes me think it must be my site….not firefox. This just started happening out of nowhere.
I deactivated all plugins and one by one turned them back on to discover the simple hooks plugin is causing it to happen. I removed all my custom hooks code and it still does it making me think it is the plugin itself? Any ideas?
