simple history says I logged in twice while I only did once

Hi all,

Yesterday morning I logged in once but my simple history plugin says I logged in twice! All the details this plugin provides like IP etc are the same except time and _sever_http_referer:

1st login at 09:40:36 with _sever_http_referer: https://website.cn/wordpress/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwebsite.cn%2Fwordpress%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

2nd login at 09:41:37 with _sever_http_referer: https://website.cn/wordpress/wp-login.php

more info:

– We are using 2 factor authentication to login
– I probably got the authentication wrong once before actually logging in
– We just moved the website to a Chinese server with the implemented backup possibly not being the latest latest one
– This was the first time I logged in after that

Any clue why simple history shows that? I was a bit alarmed by WordPress saying I logged in twice while I didn’t so any logical answers to this would be greatly appreciated!
