    I want to setup a simple giveaway on my WordPress site. Can you please explain “Loyalty Members”. Does this mean if I use the free version then only 100 people can enter the giveaway?

    Hi @travashe ,

    Each person that signs-up for your campaign is considered as a ‘Loyalty Member’ or ‘Users’. We do not double count – So irrespective of the number of campaigns a person signs up for, we only count it as one.

    Yes, our fully-featured FREE plan can accommodate up to 100 users and once you reach the limit you need to upgrade to the next paid plan to accommodate new users within 7 days of the grace period.
