Simple, free, appreciated

I like that this plugin keeps the anchors (like #form) out of the URL, in case people share the page to someone else.

I thought the default speed of 900 was slightly too fast and 1200 worked better, although it could be because of further to travel on a tall page.

I really appreciated having the customizations available.
