Simple Form

  • I want to have a simple contact form on every post. It would basically just have the following:

    Name
    Email
    Phone
    Message

    I know this is pretty easy, but the trick here is that I want the form to be emailed to an address that is associated specifically with that post. So I would essentially want the results emailed to an address located in a custom field.

    Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.
