[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Auto-Publish not working after server change

Hi everyone!
I’m using the plugin Simple Facebook Connect to publish blog posts automatically to a fanpage (well, now propably a like-page) on Facebook.

This used to work great – until we moved the site to a new server. Posts are not automatically published on facebook anymore, however it still works when I publish them manually by clicking the button in the post edit view.

On the SFC settings page Offline Permission, Publish Permission and Fan Page Publish Permission are granted. However, I never had to click those buttons on the new server – which I suppose might be the source of the problem.

Can I undo those three grants and re-apply them? How?
Or does anybody know a different solution for this problem?
