Simple Facebook Connect and W3 Total Cache
-
Apologies in advance for the dumb question. I was trying to use the SFC Comment plugin. However, for some reason, it does not appear to work when I turn on W3 Total Cache – the “Connect with Facebook” is displayed, but clicking on it does nothing. However, when I disable W3 Total Cache, all is well – the plugin recognizes me through Facebook and I can add a comment. Actually, playing around a bit further, I notice that its specifically JS minification that causes SFC Comments to break.
If possible, I’d very much like to continue using both SFC and JS minification to the extent possible, but am not sure what I should be tweaking in the W3C settings. For example, should I select one of the “combine only after” settings or add or change anything under file management? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks.
