Simple (ELI5) Directions

I have tried reading the documentation, but am missing a few things. I don’t learn by watching videos due to learning disabilities. I tried searching through here but did not find anything (so far) that helps. I would love to have instructions.

I have an Airtable with Presentations. Fields include the Presenter, Title and Blurb, as well as date of presentation. In an ideal world, this would go look for any record in Airtable marked Ready (in a “pick one” field) and post the Date, Title, Blurb as a new post.

I think the Connections tab is correct. I need help with Virtual Fields and Virtual Posts. It looks like I can filter by “Ready”.

I am not sure how to get it to just get the new ones (new = things not already posted). I am also not clear about the “URL Pattern to Match”

Anyone help me to understand?
