simple, effective mail plugin with great instructions

We were losing a lot of emails – they were getting marked as spam, or not even getting as far as the customers’ mailbox when using the standard wp mail. This was causing frustrated customers who could not reset their passwords, probably losing sales and certainly wasting time as we had to manually email customers who requested their details.

I had been meaning to install this plugin for some time but it looked kind of complicated to set up with gmail (we already use google office). Guess what, it wasn’t hard if you follow the instructions provided, it just *looks* tricky. Within 20 minutes I had it set up and we haven’t had a single lost email as far as I know (it has been running 2-3 weeks). Highly recommended.
