Simple Data Search Theme

Hi, I am new to wordpress.
I want to make a site in which different users will self register them and adds their data on regular basis. I want following functionalities in that site. Can you suggest me best theme and plugins for the same

Functionalities,
1. User Self registration
2. User data entry
3. A user must only see his/her data
4. Any one can search these data based on some attributes. The search must shows all the user eligible based on some conditions. But not all details only certain details it has to show
5. Each user must be able to see a graph created out of his/her own data
6. Admin can see the the graphs of all users (on different parameters)
7. Some graphs must also be visible to any one (public)
