well… maybe a little bit too much shifting ??
in IE 5.5 is about 12 screens wide

works in safari.

works in Firefox … wild colours! nice!

Yes, I see how awful it looks in IE…the shifting is really bad.
Also, the content section in the middle needs some work.
I’m going to employ elasticdogs’s hack for creating ‘fake’ template pages.
