    Be careful when using caching plugins and test them thoroughly they might disturb this plugin!

    The only thing that bothers me/my customers is that you have to re enter your form data after the check and it’s not made obvious that you have to do this buy the plugin itself. So you lose potential customers.

    Is this complaint about a signup form on your website (that is protected by CleanTalk)? Could you please give me any details or examples?

    yes I have a contact form at https://konstantin.melchger.de/contact/

    and as far as I can see it always gives out a spam message to the user and doesn’t send the contact form details.

    Thank you for sharing the page! I’ve made a few tests and found that CleanTalk passed all my attempts (no false/positive on our end), you can check it by the Anti-Spam log https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests

    In the same time I’ve got a rejection message,

    Es wurde ein Verdacht auf Spam erkannt. Aktiviere Javascript und versuche es bitte erneut. Zus?tzlich wurde die Anfrage protokolliert und wir melden uns bei Bedarf.

    Which does not belong to our plugin. Could you please double check that other anti-spam plugins are turned off? Please use this path,

    Thank you for additional details. There are not so many blocked requests from this form. Seems like there were some issues with request parameters on the previous versions, but now they look solved. Could you check again?     Hey Denis,

    I looked again and found out it was caused by a caching plugin (Autoptimize). After a little bit more testing I found an option that makes them work together flawlessly.

    In the Autoptimize settings I had to checkmark the “Autoptimize applies extra “compatibiity logic” to prevent issues with JS optimization” option and everything was working again.
