Simple calendar adds 4 hours to my event lists

Hi,
I have looked at the google calendar settings for timezone, it is set to Halifax timezone, wordpress general is set to halifax timezone, and in calendar setting it is set to halifax timezone. The title of the event is ok but the time is showing that it starts 4 hours later than its original start time.

For example, if my show starts at 2:30pm, it will show 2:30pm on my google calendar but it shows 6:30pm on Simple calendar listing.

What am I missing?

Also, I cannot use UTC time as it conflicts with another plugin
