simple but desperate question

  • hi, just a small question please,

    how do i call up the plugins folder from a template? i have an image directory in there from the Flutter plugin that i want to use in my header, and if someone could let me know the relative path to the plugins folder that would be great.
    somthing like this

    <?php bloginfo(‘template_url’); ?>

    but to the plugin folder not the template folder.
