Simple bulletin board

Good day, can I get a suggestion what plugins to use to build a simple member-restricted bulletin board (builtin WP blog is enough) where users are able to create new posts, upload images/videos, edit and delete own posts and maintain user profiles, but don’t have to get involved with WP admin?

If you’re looking to set up a traditional bulletin board / discussion forum, any of these plugins should get you there: WPForo Forum, Asgaros Forum, and Simple:Press Forum.

If you’re not particularly interested in creating a space to have topical discussions but you want to set up a community platform for your users to create their own space online — sort of like a mini social networking site — then the BuddyPress plugin or perhaps BuddyBoss (comes with the kitchen sink!) would be the way to go.
